Redco offers a 10 day return period on all eligible products. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We cannot issue refunds or accept returns for custom logo items, other customized items, special orders, or worn clothing items. We do not accept returns of drain cleaning equipment and certain other hazmat items due to health and safety concerns.

If an item was shipped incorrectly at the fault of Redco Tool & Fastener Supply, we will return the item at no additional shipping charge or fee. All other shipping charges, including exchanges, will be at your expense. Please know your satisfaction is very important to us and we will do all we can to work with you to avoid additional fees and delays.
